Dispatch & Delivery (all items)

All our orders and engraved and laser cut in-house. We make all the items on order and do not stock items. Despite this, we offer a wide range of delivery options so you are able to find one that suits your needs the best.

DISPATCH

We aim to despatch every order within 1-2 working days during busy holiday periods.

Every order received before 5pm will be dispatched the following working day, with orders after 5pm being dispatched the day after. Depending on the delivery chosen, the times will vary as below:

DELIVERY

Local Pickup (where applicable): When the order is placed before 5pm, this will be ready for collection the next working day from 2pm. For orders after 5pm, the items will be ready for collection from 10am, 2 working days after.

Royal Mail Signed For (1 – 2 Working Days): Royal Mail delivery will take an additional 1 – 2 working days for delivery after dispatch.

Royal Mail 1st Class (1 – 2 Working Days): Royal Mail delivery will take an additional 1 – 2 working days for delivery after dispatch.

Royal Mail 2nd Class (3 – 5 Working Days): Royal Mail delivery will take an additional 3 – 5 working days for delivery after dispatch.

Please be advised, Royal Mail deliveries are beyond our control. For further assistance please have a look at their service updates here.

Delivery costs vary depending on the items bought, where it is being shipped to and what level of postage is required. This will be calculated and options will be given during checkout.

SENDING A GIFT?

As we do not include any pricing information in our packaging, you can always choose to send the item straight to the receipient by changing the shipping address during the checkout process.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days and we will look into your query immediately. If the item is damaged in transit or we have made an error with the order we will send a replacement straight away. Please email photograph’s of the damage including the packaging to info@esjaylondon.co.uk and we will prioritise the replacement of your order within 2 business days.

Please ensure that all personalisation is correct before submitting the order as we cannot replace or refund incorrect orders.

Once the order is placed and the item has been processed for engraving you will be committed to the order and will not be able to return the item due to the customised nature of the products we offer since they cannot be resold. Please have a look at our terms & conditions for more information.
