Suitable for indoor use only. Command strips are recommended for hanging – not supplied.
While every effort has been made to ensure this product is as near to perfect as possible there will be some slight burning of the wood from the cutting and engraving process. We are also working with natural woods so be advised that grains and colouring may vary from the images that have been displayed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders placed before 5pm will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched within 1 – 2 business days.
Our delivery partner is Royal Mail. We will endeavour to dispatch your items within the specified timeframe however please be advised, Royal Mail deliveries are beyond our control and we cannot be held accountable for delays.

Personalised Items or Custom Orders can not be cancelled and are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable. If the item is personalised incorrectly compared to your order description then we will replace the item for you. If the item arrives damaged then we will offer you options to rectify the issue.
