4 packages available, with a choice of which type of puzzle to include, text or photo, left to you:

– Box only – a stylish hexagonal personalised box with clasp for you to fill or gift as is
– Box + 1 Puzzle – Text puzzle or photo puzzle, your choice! 1 stand will be included as standard.
– Box + 2 Puzzles – 2 stands will be included as standard.
– Box + 3 Puzzles – 3 stands will be included as standard.

When placing your order, please decide what type of puzzle you would like and what kind of puzzle piece cut you would like for each. For personalisation we will need to know the following:

Text Puzzle – text for the heart piece and 18 reasons for the other pieces. Standard Puzzle piece or hex shaped pieces.
Photo puzzle – a high resolution email sent to artwork@esjaylondon.co.uk quoting ETSY and your order number as soon as you have placed the order. Standard Puzzle piece or hex shaped pieces.

2. List 18 reasons, 1 per jigsaw, max 40 characters each.

Please note, we will copy and paste so please write text as you wish it to appear. Shorter sentences look better.

PHOTO PUZZLES:

Please send a high resolution photo to artwork@esjaylondon.co.uk quoting your order number as the subject as soon as you have placed the order. Photos that are colourful and have contrast have the best effect. We will email you back to confirm receipt of photo. Delays in receiving the photo will result in delay of dispatching your item so please send this as soon as you have placed the order.

While every effort has been made to ensure this product is as near to perfect as possible there will be some slight burning of the wood from the cutting and engraving process. We are also working with natural woods so be advised that grains and colouring may vary from the images that have been displayed.
