Please send a high resolution photo to artwork@esjaylondon.co.uk quoting your order number as the subject as soon as you have placed the order. Photos that are colourful and have contrast have the best effect. Please also account for the heart shape. We will place it into this shape best we can. We will email you back to confirm receipt of photo. Delays in receiving the photo will result in delay of dispatching your item so please send this as soon as you have placed the order.
While every effort has been made to ensure this product is as near to perfect as possible there will be some slight burning of the wood from the cutting and engraving process. We are also working with natural woods so be advised that grains and colouring may vary from the images that have been displayed.
